Prefabricated cabin is used as carrier, primary equipment, secondary equipment, cabin auxiliary facilities and communication equipment are assembled according to the technical specifications of substation, and the fabrication, assembly, wiring and commissioning work are completed in the factory. The prefabricated cabin is transported to the project site in the form of splicing units and installed in place.
Conventional prefabricated cabins include GIS prefabricated cabin, transformer prefabricated cabin, 35kV switchgear prefabricated cabin, 10kV switchgear prefabricated cabin, secondary combined equipment prefabricated cabin, reactive power compensation prefabricated cabin, grounding transformer and arc suppression coil prefabricated cabin, living prefabricated cabin, etc.
Energy stations with all or part of the functions of cold source, heat source, transmission and distribution, water supply and pressure setting, water treatment, power distribution and control, etc. are manufactured in the factory in the form of modules, and are integrated and constructed in the form of modules on the engineering site.
